Terms of Service
These terms apply to the MEDA+ app for Android and this website. In these terms, "we" and "us" refer to the MEDA+ team. By installing or using MEDA+ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using MEDA+
MEDA+ is free. You don't need an account. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use the app on your own devices for your own, non-commercial viewing.
You agree not to:
- rebroadcast, record for sale, or charge others for streams watched through MEDA+;
- copy, modify, decompile or resell the app, or remove its branding;
- overload, scrape or attack our servers, or use the app in a way that breaks the law where you live.
Streams and match information
Some streams are hosted on servers we don't run, and broadcasters can change or stop them at any time. We don't promise that any match, channel or stream will be available, start on time, play without interruption or be in a particular quality or language.
Scores, line-ups, schedules and other match information come from data providers and may be late or wrong. Don't rely on them for betting or any other decision where accuracy matters.
Team names, logos and competition marks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the event. If you believe something in the app infringes your rights, write to us at the address below and we'll look into it promptly.
Updates
MEDA+ is distributed from this website, not from an app store. When a new version is released, the app asks you to install it before you can keep watching: it downloads the update from meda.live and opens Android's installer. Only install MEDA+ from meda.live or from a link in the app, so you always get our signed version.
We can change, add or remove features, and we can stop offering MEDA+ at any time.
Your data
How the app handles data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
No warranty
MEDA+ is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the app, the streams or the information in it, including that they will be error-free, secure or suitable for your purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from your use of MEDA+, including mobile data charges. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using MEDA+ at any time by uninstalling it. We may block access from a device or network that breaks these terms.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Using MEDA+ after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: privacy@meda.live, or reach us on Telegram.
